Everytime I'm OOP HU and Villain in position has the betting lead I C/R good flops since 99% of the players fire second bullet every time. So I would just C/R and ram and jam as much as I can until I face a decision (when I don't hold the nuts anymore and get played back at).

Never stop betting/raising/re-raising is the way I would go...
Make them pay for draws or long shots, I don't get this often enough, I'm on full throttle.
