Default What is a good ROI to aim for?

I've been holding a consistent 25% ROI in $11+1 turbo SNGS on FT. I'm wondering if this high ROI means I should move up a level, or if this is a good number to stay put at the level I'm at. I've been playing poker quite a while and even played live professionally for a while, but I'm playing online more for fun and just want to keep my online roll (which I keep separate from my large live roll) safe. I started off with 0$ and in a few days I'm at about 200$, but the 25% ROI is not just for this 2 day span.

If you have any skill at all at SNGs, and proper BR (30 buy ins) for this level. Please, by all means move up. My friend grinds these low limit SNGs and they are a joke, the 20$ level is almost identical to the 10$ level.

With a $200 bankroll, you should be playing the 55's.

So based on most of these answers (save for IMNOTSOGOOD) I'm guessing that asking serious questions is frowned upon in this forum... I'll keep that in mind!
