Default Ideal Poker Tracker stats?

Could anyone tell me what PT stats I should be aiming at for low stakes STT success?

I have been playing no limit HE 5 + 0.5 and 10 + 1 STTs since last October. After some initial success for a beginner (ROI almost 30%), particularly after I adopted the strategy suggested by Lee Jones in his book, my ROI started to drop. Naturally, I tried to improve my play by doing lots of research on the Internet and reading books by Harrington and Vorhaus but despite this my ROI has continued to drop. It is now less than 5% (excluding bonuses) after over 500 STTs!

I bought Poker Tracker two months ago to find out how I was actually playing and the effect of incorporating changes to my game. Although this has helped a little, I am not really sure what I should be aiming for. I would appreciate the detailed PT statistics of successful STT players at various blind levels. Can anyone help?

Tight in the early levels and progressively looser as the blinds increase, and your position improves (ie, utg should be much tigher than the button.) VPIP/PFR increases as the levels increase because a) players are dropping out making the game shorthanded, and b) the blinds and antes are more valuable to steal

I created a new DB two days ago - in 172 tournies and just over 7K hands, here is what my stats look like

Level 1 : 6.87 / 2.06

Level 3: 8.85 / 6.81

Level 5: 22.33 / 18.07

Level 7: 37.95 / 30.13

Have you studied ICM? I think you need to worry about that more than your pt numbers.

ideal pokertracker stats: ROI high, ITM high. everything else is relatively meaningless.

You are playing non turbo sits , the stats are a bit different.
You can steal without aggresive play at this level plus some ICM would help.
A ROI of 30 % is not just possible to keep in the long time. Dont try to get it. If you need more money , play more sits at lower ROI.
