Use means you are using it (duh), not someone else.

Ask yourself, why does that person need to rent it from you in the first place?

[/ QUOTE ]

So did we ever get a ruling on hotels? Exploitative or not?

But free market to me is not capitalism.

[/ QUOTE ]

Who said it was? I avoid using the term 'capitalism', since I don't advocate an elitist system in which a small group of people own the vast majority of stuff.

[ QUOTE ]
If you had capitalism a small group of rich people would just buy all the land up and rent it out, since it is so profitable, just like in feudalism.

[/ QUOTE ]

Again, I'm not saying anything about 'capitalism'--I don't think it would be possible for a small group of rich people to buy up all the land, since a) many communities would I think have measures against such actions, and b) there would be far far fewer really really rich people since there wouldn't be anything like corporate capitalism (totally different from a free market) to help line their pockets.

Well I agree, if we are talking about mutualism, syndicalism, et al. But with so called market anarchism, where you could buy more property than needed for personal use I see this as a problem.
