i've never had any problems with UB up till this one. i think they have that many people cashing out now due to the points change they are panicing. The player numbers are hugely down

Lets face it guys, the reloads and points were the only reason any of us ever played there.

Expect 3+ weeks delay and that's only if you're dilligent in e-mailing them every time they cook up some [censored] excuse to cancel your transaction.

Welp, I'm sure one of UB's spies has seen this now and permanently cancelled your withdrawal, locked your account, and is shredding your money.

ditto on the points and RB as the only reason I played there, the games were crap, if I could ever find one! Farkin' typical, I take some time off work to play poker seriously for a month or two, and my roll gets stuck cos of the UB swines being bumbandits.

Just emailed again asking how long it would take, got a very vague response;

With regards to your inquiry, please note that your account will be reviewed
shortly and security will surely proceed with the processing of your winnings as

Withdrawal your money in small (<$8000) chunks as opposed to big fat ass lumps. There are other perks to this besides avoiding security hassles, but don't tell anybody I told you this.

If you were only withdrawing 2 to 3 figures then I don't know what to tell you. Maybe it ACTUALLY WAS a random security procedure.
