I make this decision based on my read of his passivity and try to grade that based on previous hands. I try to factor in the likelihood of him ever coldcalling preflop with AA or QQ. I think the little speech is a strong enough tell in addition to it being so likely that he views my hand as QQ or AA that I just call. Yes that seems weak tight but this tell is very strong live and if he is passive I don't think he ever 3 bets KT and we basically don't beat anything else.

Or you could produce some math that shows why your line is more profitable.... hint: you won't be able to unless you fudge the numbers and the hand ranges.
