I did that already.

Here's my code:

pausecopy .\resources\graphics\mod\* .\resources\graphics\

It copies the original files, but it doesn't pause to copy the modified files on startup.

You are missing a newline in your code. Notice that "pause" and "copy..." need to be separated.
