Default PS 5.50, t150 Short stack, what to do w/ my 9s here?

Villain seems tight with PT stats of 15.94/10.14 over 69 hands at the table. I was running at 13.04/8.7 over the same 69 hands. Do you sit around and wait for a better hand here?

eh...generally readless in a 5.50 im willing to stick it in with no FE and 99+, but if hes tight, with basically no FE you could justify a fold vs certain players.

Perhaps maybe one important point is that the table was basically either folding or going all in preflop on the last 5-6 hands. In this particular hand the opener made a standard 3bb raise. 1) Do you expect to see QQ+ or AK here? 2) NOw I don't have first in vigorish, should that make a difference here?
