I'm trying to create a new account on partypoker and I keep getting a message saying that records show I already have an account with partypoker. I've tried registering with a different email and even tried having the other account closed. I've deleted all pre-existing partypoker software.
Is it an IP address thing? What do I have to do to open up a new account? |

Dont't think it's an IP thing, cos I been through that too!
I told Party a few month ago to delete my account. And it worked well...signup with a new Email Adresse and no problems. But can it be that u used the same method of cash in as the last time u signed up? Last time i used moneybookers, this time neteller! Maybe thats the point! |

They allow you to change your User ID once every six months if it is a Sharkscope type concern. That is as good as a new account AFAIK. IP address will make no diifference whatsoever.
