KK hand against 2p2
Villain is 2p2 and has stats on me, 14/11 over 650 hands. I have nothing on him. First time I play him. Wtf?

Re: KK hand against 2p2
I think folding the river is fine. He's probably not betting a Q. I'm not sure how I'd play the turn though.

Re: KK hand against 2p2
I play it the same way. I don't think you can do anything different without really knowing the opponent and even if you knew he was tricky I still think this has to be a fold.

as played its fine...but id 2nd barrel that all day [/ QUOTE ] Why? If he called on flop with a FD, you are going to get raised. Why not draw as cheap as possible to the nut flush? If he called you with a set, he will raise. If he called you with a Q, you will get at most 1 more street of vaue with the A on the board. He is more likely to call with a Q on the river than to a second barrel. Your hand is only medium on the turn, but you are drawing to the nuts. If he wants to bluff, you are strong enough to call a turn bet. I like c/c turn - check fold river. (As played) If he checks behind on turn, bet(1/2 pot) on river, fold to a raise. |
