Sweet. NH.

However, I definitely woulda bet the flop, and I'm downright mystified why you didnt bet the turn. Based on the opening action, AK is a possibility, either of which could've flushed out your Qs or paired. (The possibility of them both being spades and the villian flopping a flush is 118-1, which, while possibile, is too remote to fear IMO). Were you afraid of running into something bigger? Gotta bet to see where you are. Where you trying to be tricky and setting up a check-raise? Not here - a smart draw takes the turn for free. I think you HAVE to bet out after that flop to see where you are in the hand. I say better to run into a raise then give the pot away with a free card. If you were worried about running into a bigger pair, that problem was solved on the turn. Still, and even worse, now your trips may be worthless. You GOTTA bet here.

But, hey, my BR isn't at the point where I can play 10/20, so what do I know. I'd be interested to hear what others have to say.

I never look at hands that require going to another site to read...just use a HH converter (see FAQ in the microlimit forum or ssnl forum for links) and post the hand here. If you want advice, you should make it as simple as possible for people to give it to you.

Raise to $180 preflop (knock out topline).

Bet $300 on the flop.

Move in on the turn.

You were lucky to win the hand let alone double up.

Drawing quads is luckbox sweet.
Drawing quads when your opponent hits a full house or nut flush is especially sweet.
This hand was not well played so luckily variance works both ways.
Your post belongs in BB&V of course you will get flamed there. Or in mid/high stakes no limit where you will be flamed.

Bet the flop pretty hard you have to try to knock out flush draws.

Bet the turn hard same reason.

You gave villain an opportunity to check the river through? With quad queens? This is a joke post/gimmick account right?
