Hero ???

Villain ist 21/13/2, WTS 25 on 600 hands

He seems to play reasonable although he sometimes seems to be afraid of being outplayed and makes some weird calls.
I only lose to AA and want to get as much money as possible in on the flop, right? To I b/p, c/rAI, c/c, b/f?

Bet and call a shove, this is the perfect flop for you.

Check would look more suspiscious than a c bet here.

On the flop, bet/fold and bet/call are close.
If villain only calls, turn is a difficult decision without reads. It needs a lot of guts from villain to push into a preflop 3-bettor and contbetter on an A-high flop without a set. So, probably it's a check/fold. If turn is checked through, on the river, a bet/fold is better than a check/call, but again it's close. Bet/fold only, if the raise is approx. potsized.
