You missed something pretty important. That picture doesn't show all the levels. As you can see in the summary, it says "76 levels".

I honestly don't think that is possible by ANYONE in today's online world long term for minbet. I'm not sure even the heaviest of hitters here at 2+2 have sustained that type of winrate over a say, 300k+ sample size... 100k hands sure, but thats got some running hot in em'
