Default NL100: AQ 3-way hits A on turn

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $111.90
BB: $121.35
UTG: $72.40
MP: $125.90
<font color="black">Hero (CO): $203.50</font>
BTN: $142.75

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $1, MP folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $5</font>, BTN folds, SB calls $4.50, BB folds, UTG calls $4

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($16) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $7</font>, Hero calls $7, SB calls $7

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($37) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $22</font>, <font color="red">SB raises all-in to $99.90</font>, 2 folds

Pot Size: $158.90

UTG is 60/14/0.5, SB is 18/8/1.8 over a small sample.

On the flop, I figured I could easily take one card off with my gutshot + 2 overs, especially with the small bet. On the turn, I thought there was a decent chance my hand was good and I wanted to charge the draws. I thought 22$ was a good sized bet that could let me escape if I was raised. Do you like this bet ? When I am check-raised by this rock I believe this is a pretty clear fold. Anyone prefers checking the turn for pot control, and then check-calling the river if a blank comes out ? (or betting if it is checked to me ?). Thanks.
