i just dont understand the cap. isnt it like playing with 30BB stacks?

who is the_constant. he is doing things like open limping button with J9o and checking down. also calling a lot oop and c/fing from what ive seen. is he a legitimate fish?

Basically. My thoughts are cash players play poorly before they adjust, as they're not used to such short stacks and this is exploitable. I could be wrong, I haven't thought that deeply about it.
