QUICK HELP WITH X-BOX WIRELESS CONTROLLER!

I'm having trouble programming my second controller. What do I do? I thought I just hit that wireless button on the console then the X-box symbol on the second controller, but it's not picking it up. Am I missing something?

You need to hit the wireless button on the console and the wireless sync button on the front of the controller (not the X-box symbol one).

The Sync button is on top of the controller, by the left bumper...

They seriously need to put a giant sticker on the controller or instruction booklet. I basically went two weeks figuring I had a busted controller.
