Best radio stations on iTunes

I hate listening to local radio at certain times during the day so I've started trying to find some of the free iTunes stations. There seems to be a lot of crap on there, but so far I've gound that American Cliche under the Talk/Spoken word is decent.

Does anyone listen to these on itunes that are any good.

If you are interested in classic rock, IROCK109.com is the best I've seen. They have DJs on fairly often who take requests and when one isn't on they have an auto DJ who takes requests (albeit with a time delay).
