Default I need >0 credits this summer

If I take >0 credits I save $40 on gym membership and $180 on my bus pass to campus (where I work). I get free tuition, so that's not an issue.

Problem is, a lot of the summer classes meet for 4 hours a day 5 days a week for like 3 weeks. That's insane and stupid, and rules out a lot of otherwise neat courses.

So I've narrowed it down to these:

1. Weight training, 5 days a week for 1 hour for a month
2. Tennis, 5 days a week for 1 hour for a month
3. softball, 5 days a week for 1.5 hours for 3 weeks
4. swimming, 5 days a week for an hour for 1 month

I'm kind of bummed, because there are cool classes (movies/books about baseball, for example) but they have insane meeting schedules that I'm not interested in (may 21-June11th, 1:30-5:30 all days except Thursday. Are you kidding me?) Examples:

intro to poetry 04:40 P.M. - 08:05 P.M. , M,W,Th (06/11/2007 - 07/08/2007)

creative writing 01:25 P.M. - 05:30 P.M. , M,Tu,W,Th (05/21/2007 - 06/08/2007)

topics in history (CHECK THIS OUT, 4 credits!!) 001 SEM , 09:00 A.M. - 04:00 P.M. , M,Tu,W,Th,F (06/18/2007 - 06/22/2007)

So 5 options, those 4 or number 5: tough it out and take something academic for a tough ass month.

Also, I've played tennis when i was younger but sucked. I lift weights every now and then. I can swim but not well. And I am awesome at baseball, so softball might be fun.

Thnanks

Take a class that is going to make you a more interesting person. Better intelligence = better conversation = you'll get more leg. I'd suggest the History class. It's a relatively short duration but you'll benefit from it.

Either that or the weight lifing. Better cut = more leg.

No matter how you slice it, it's all about soaking it, huh?

Of your choices I like Tennis. I would consider History if I were you though. Ya that week would suck, but you'd be completely done after that and not have to worry about it.
