Here are the pairings for this breaking edition. We had a good turn out for this initial sign-up so hopefully this is a sign of good things to come. I am doing this all with one tier for now. I imagine by next time I may be able to get two tiers set up.

How many hands should we prepare? I quickly glance through FAQ but couldn't seem to find the answer.

I think nothing more than 200 hands. It's quite a 'hand'ful to review, if it's passed that.

Yes, it is most likely a typo(I double-checked for those and yet I still suck).
