Black Label Society, Rammstein, In Flames, Dropkick Murphys, 3 Inches of Blood, some Wu-Tang or DMX if I am boxing.
For cardio I actually listen to stuff like Mitch Hedberg CDs or podcasts of Tony Kornheiser's radio show. Need something to occupy my mind so I dont think about how much I hate cardio, for some reason spoken stuff works for this.. |

NIN has been my workout standard for years. I like to listen to the same CD all the time so it's like flipping a mental switch. When the music comes on, my body knows it's time to go.
