I wouldn't get in the habit of minraising.

I'd bump his flop bet up to 20ish, then if he reraises you have an easy push.

not sure what exactly he's three betting then folding here however i would raise to 21 on flop then push any three bet the min raise is not a good idea by you or him by three betting some may complain about your preflop call as well

I'd flat call villain's reraise and hope he bets the turn. I might reraise his turn bet if it's really weak. Let villain hang himself, try to get him pot committed. You don't have to take it down on the flop.

BTW I reraise his flop bet to $15 instead of $10. This might be a leak in my game though, if someone's willing to call a reraise to $15 maybe they'll call a reraise to $20? I just think $15 looks more innocent while still building the pot at a good pace.

Huh? Why would anyone complain about his preflop call? 40:1 to flop a set? Folding would be criminal.

I agree with guitarizt, raise that flop bet up to $15. If he makes any type of reraise (especially a donkish min re-raise), just call it and shove over his turnbet.
