"Internet Criminals" research paper

Hey guys,
I have to do a researh paper on pirates during the golden age of piracy, and I decided to see how they link up with the new age of internet piracy and crime. I'm trying to find info on the biggest, most infamous internet criminals (hackers, phishers, worm/virus creators etc). I know that the most skilled internet criminals haven't been written about yet as they are still alive and haven't been caught, so this might be somewhat hard. Can anyone recommend books on eCriminals/Hackers or where I can look for them? Google keywords?
