Default Re: 2-7 TD question

PL/NL does make a difference.

Just calling and patting with the 875 seems very weak to me in a big-bet game. The penalty for being wrong increases and the reward for being right decreases. I still don't hate calling to try for a 7 (if the stacks are deep enough) but did you consider a raise to put the pat hand to the test?

Default Re: 2-7 TD question

We were both pretty deep about 250 bbs each.

I was trying to control the pot size. Earlier in the night the same player pushed $150 into a $10 reraise preflop with QQ when we were playing NL holdem.
