I have deposited and cashed out hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of transaction at absolute over the past 2 years with no problems and currently have a 5 figure balance on the site.

Why do you say "now we get to watch them distroy UB also"???

Does AP own/control UB in some way??

Thanks for clarifying this,

Guy.

At least they gave you a number to call. The absolute poker jokers just stole my money from me with no way to contact them.

Yup, no one here has ever talked to Absolute.

In that case why the heck do people use them? In my case a number popped up when I wanted to deposit. Try to withdraw, never a peep. Wish I saved the number, but really at this point it no longer matters, they are scum bags in my book. Simple thieves.

Deposited money, tried to withdraw 1/5 of the amount later. Did the same thing at FT at about the same time money from FT was withdrawn in less then 48 hours. So if that is shady then yeah. I saw the APJ making my money go into limbo is the shady act though.

My point is... if I fax my documents and it says completed... why can't they find them? Do they have that many fax machines? It doesn't make me feel very safe to know that my credit card and id cannot be found.

i sent them my info. i smudged out the account numbers.

10 hours later i don't get a reply from my email. i log onto their live chat. they reply and type at a rate of about 5 words a minute. they tell me "they will get back to you when they get your information," i tell them but i already sent it! and they tell me 5 minutes later, "they will get back to you when they get it."

bah!

last night, i went on live chat again. the new CS agent had a better typing speed of about 10 words a minute. same answer, "they will get back to you when they get it." but at least this time they told me it as "escalated in the department."

cashout hit my click2pay account this morning.

tried to cash out $71 from my account. it was rejected. the cashier didn't say a word about why it was rejected. it just listed the CS number for me to call. called them up, and yep...i gotta send them photo ID + utility bill.

grrr...canadian here btw.

i don't know whether to rate their customer service crappy for failing to list it in the cashier for why the cashout was rejected...or whether to rate their customer service good for the friendly guy over the phone.

anyways, has anyone tried sending ID info and they also smudged out things like driver's license numbers, or account numbers? i really don't like the idea of a poker site having this info...but if i have to, i guess i have to

Your license number is just a combination of many things about you. You can get this number by just having complete information on an individual. Blanking it out isn't going to do anything if they really cared to steal your information.
