Default AP 44: a few line checks...mostly bubble decisions

UTG has minraised a ton 4 and 5 handed. I'm likely way ahead of his range. I think I have a decent amount of fold equity as well. This would be for sure a push if I were the shortstack, but with shorty having only about half my stack I'm not sure...thoughts?

Blinds: t100/t200
4 players
UTG - 4945
Hero - 2405
SB - 1240
BB - 4910

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with AJo
UTG raises to t400, Hero???

What do you do here if limper a) is unknown b) has limped alot c) hasn't limped alot

Blinds: t100/t200
6 players
UTG - 1515
UTG+1 - 5790
CO - 1785
Button - 1030
Hero - 1400
BB - 1980

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with 4 4
UTG calls t200 (pot was t300), 3 folds, Hero???

I normally push in this situation (I'd say I'd probably push 77+, AJs+)...is this correct...if not what factors go into your decision, and what would you do?

No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t50/t100
7 players
UTG - 1685
UTG+1 - 2105
UTG+2 - 2805
CO - 1920
Button - 1357
Hero - 1362
BB - 2265

Pre-flop: (7 players) Hero is SB with 8 8
3 folds, CO calls t100 (pot was t150), Button folds, Hero raises all-in t1362.5

I normally just fold this against an aggressive big stack I can't do much else can I?

No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t100/t200
4 players
UTG - 2350
Hero3440
SB - 1580
BB - 6130

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with 5 5
UTG folds, Hero???

hand 1 - fold.

hand 2 - a) fold b) fold c) fold

hand 3 - shove, but it's close. I usually say 99+ AJs+

hand 4 - t500, fold to a 3-bet.

1) Fold. His stack is too big to have sufficient fold equity, and AJ is not that strong. I'd need JJ+ or AK to think about it in this spot.

2) probably push (a) and (b). (c) is close but I think fold.

3)I think you have a ton of fold equity, and a push is correct.

4)probably fold, because you're in such a comfortable position and a good BB will push very often here if you raise less than all in. So only raise if you think both blinds are very tight. If you raise and then fold to a push it's almost as if you have 23o, since it's unlikely either player will flat-call.
