123poker what the hell happened, help plz going mad here!
Hey guys,
my first post here but i read the forum alot anyway straight too the point. I opened an account with 123poker through a rakeback site rakemeback.com must have been last year, took a break for a a while from their site leaving roundabout$700 on there. So this month i thought i'll get my money out and move it elsewhere not realising anythign that has gone on in terms of the site closing down and beign bought by bodog. Double click poker client ( wont load), go to the 123poker webby which is now bodog webby, very strange i think so i go to neteller assuming if they have closed down they would put the money straight back where it came from as its NOT their money too move around, no such luck. Ok i think just try your account on bodog, tells me its invalid, great! next move search the net for more info and i read through the posts on here regarding it which too my horrer are dated 4-5 months ago. I have a number from one of the threads here for 123poker 1-800-800-0502 and an email playersupport@sininter.com , i havn't rung the number yet as im not sure how muhc it will cost and im not sure how too proceed with e-mail either. I'm absolutly shocked they have moved my money like this and will NEVER use a prima skin again whatever the outcome of this, any advice would really be appreciated looks forward too hearing from you guys, tnks idontbludyknow! |

Call Bodog's 800 number (it's listed on the poker client or web page). They should be able to help you.

Bodog bought 123 about 6 months ago. OP, I'd try emailing them. Perhaps their toll-free numbers aren't set up for international calls. |

http://www.gizmoproject.com/ lets you call 800/866 etc (toll free) numbers for free over VoIP. Otherwise they often can not be reached outside of North America. How they are handled differs, from not reachable at all, a message warning you they will not be toll free for you, or you have to use an alternative overlay area code.
