He had a series of pornographic films entitled "Dick'in Granny" (not making this up). Anyway, he did a good job and I remembered that he was railing Annie Duke at the '06 WSOP and at the NBC Heads Up tourney. I did find it weird that Shannon was celebrating when she hit her re-draw on Nam Le's with Q7. |

I think the guy was cheated just as if they had cold decked him. He was robbed just the same as if they had stuck a pistol in his face. The whole thing, including the rush on the end, stinks to high heaven. Whoever was supposed to be running the charity tournament should be ashamed. I played with Annie Duke long ago. We were the two big winners at the table. She kept trying to trash talk me saying, "I'll bet you aren't used to winning like that." Her Las Vegas pals kept stopping by to talk, look at her hand, and hear her brags. I must say she is now a great player. The way she ran over Phil Hellmuth was most impressive. Folks with an unethical edge to their personality can be counted on to do something more offensive in the future. Book it. Annie, get your gum. |
