And the prosecutor will point out that your motive in playing was not just having fun, but to make a profit, since after all you could just sit at the play money tables, and that your "civil disobedience" defense is thus no different than a drug dealer who says the drug laws are unfair using same.

i don't think anyone is saying he'd be acquitted if he was arrested and charged.
