Definite shove. You're obviously not folding and you dont want a scare card to come out on the river and kill your action (or potentially make him a better hand).

If he's calling T8 or 85 to a 4xbb raise, he's a donk. Looks more like 2 pairs to me(probably 76), or a multi-combo draw like A8s. definitely shove.
