I think limping along is good from early if you think more players are likely to come in behind you. In my online games, I generally fold this PF but the UTG's limp would make a limp better.

I would raise the flop rather than slowplay.

As the flop was played, I would actually 4 bet the turn.

I think you have an easy river value bet here.
