Default ethics - is this considered a hit and run ?

playing on a small fairly unknown site with a fairly regular player base, will typically have 3-5 5/10 games running at peak times.
I sit down at a 5/10 table, double up off another regular in my first orbit with QQ>JJ, a few hands later he busts the softest player at the table who doesn't rebuy and leaves. another regular takes his place.
I play under the blinds come around and then leave as I think the table is no longer worth sitting at, however the regular who I had stacked got very upset with this. thoughts?

as far as I can see I did nothing wrong here, it's not like we were playing hu or anything (table was full 6max) and certainly didn't have anything in place regarding the amount we would play.

thanks guys, I thought it was fine (and didn't even think twice about it when I left the table) however he got pretty upset about it so wanted to get some other opinions.

obviously u hit and ran but the beauty of the internet is who cares.honestly you should have spited him by waiting 15 minutes and sitting back down with a 100 bb stack while offering up various degrading comments about his play and nuclear family.

Hit and run is overrated. I never cared if someone hit and run me.
