Stars 100 FPP program - need guidance please

Hi,
I've read the description of the Poker Stars $100 Program, and I'm stumped as to how I do this. I have >100 FPP. How/where do I register?
Have I missed the boat in that I should have entered some referral information on registering? If so, why does rakereduction.com say to register under the bonus code link _after_ reaching 100 FPP?

I also am unsure about this. Was I supposed to sign up through your link when I first joined? The way I read it was that I go through rakereduction.com after i reach 100 points?

Sorry for the confusion, we'll have to change it a bit.

Basically you just have to use our link when you first sign up (To be attached to our program)
