Default 16s : bottom pair and fd on flop

Anybody else do this or is just a plain call more advisable?
How 'bout the turn, fire at it again?

Well, normally I'd just toss this pf, but that aside, this is a c/c I'd say. I figure if you're playing 98s to a raise heads up, you're doing it in hopes that you're gonna hit something to extract a lot of value with (flush, straight, etc.), not to take it on the flop. C/R here doesn't really accomplish much - we're in a bad spot if he reraises, and if he just calls we have no clue where we're at, so you're still basically hoping to catch something.

Aside that I usually fold preflop, I really don't like your check raise:
pot is small and being on a draw you have no interest in making it any bigger, also if dude would fold you would only win little while you could win a lot hitting your flush.

On top of that he raised preflop with blinds 10-20 so you have to gove him some credit for a proper hand, he wont fold!

As played u did well checking down to the river.
