However, please know that compromised accounts are never the result of any security issues on the part of Full Tilt.

[/ QUOTE ]

Never.

So sure of themselves.

No chance ever of them hiring a bad/crooked employee.

Never.

Either way I don't care, I only know that my computer was constantly being infected when I used AVG, now it never happens anymore.

[/ QUOTE ]
It really is astoundingly obvious you have no idea about computer security.

I can confirm that the aforementioned
funds were lost during what can be considered a 'foreign login'. This
login originated from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and occurred using a
computer you have not utilized in the past. During this login
approximately $350.00 was lost on the tables in legitimate hands. That
is, the funds were not deliberately lost to a specific player in a
fraudulent manner.

Gd-dammit I'm so f'ing mad at these sites.

WHY can't I have the option to "don't allow logging-in from any computer other than my own" or "don't allow logging-in from anywhere other than my hometown"?

FT after the fact:
"Oopsy. Well, we can see now that somebody logged-in for you from a place where you've never logged-in before.
So we totally believe and understand that it wasn't you.
But we will only look at this and confirm something like this for you after the fact.
We're just too damn lazy and apathetic to try to do something about a suspicious log-in from a different location BEFORE some idiot steals your money."

FWIW - Stars really needs to do something like this too.

i ONLY log-in to Stars from my own computer.
I never log-in from somebody else's computer.
I want the f'ing option "Do NOT allow log-ins from any computer except this one"

It's not that freaking hard for the sites to help the customers protect their funds.

But instead they continue to blame the customer for not having enough spy-ware or not having a strong enough password.

There are so many ways they could be more pro-active in helping protect their customers' funds that they don't implement.
Instead, they seem to get off on pretty much saying, "your money got stolen, it isn't our fault. nyah nyah nyah.
yeah, it's kind of funny that you were logged-in from California 1 minute and then from Pittsburgh the next minute. At the we just thought you travelled at the speed of light and decided to log-in again from a different time-zone. Can you confirm that you did not travel several thousand miles in a single-instant?
Oh yeah, did we mention that we aren't responsible for your password security?
your money got stolen, it isn't our fault.
your money got stolen, it isn't our fault.
your money got stolen, it isn't our fault.
nyah nyah nyah."

I have two other things:

1. OP - How secure was your password? If it is just a single word (your hometown) or something then it is possible the thief just guessed it and it had nothing to do with a keylogger.
Also, if you logged-on from ANY other computer then it's far more likely somebody got it from that.

2. What's up with ANYONE logging-in to someone else's account and playing with their money in a legitimate way?
I don't get it.

This burns me up as well. You'd think by the year 2007 there would be some decent security at Full Tilt and other sites. Nahhh..that would make complete sense. What am I thinking?

Wake up Full Tilt.

Okay, so far we have an answer to my first question in my previous post:

Has the OP even found a virus/malware/keylogger? -- NO

Now, what about the other questions?

Has anyone noticed that it is always FT with the OMG! My account got hacked posts?
Where are the UB/Absolute/PokerStars/Party hacked account posts?
Anyone thinking it might be related to a neteller/FT/??? inside job?
Why is it always FT?
