How do I find my Bodog affiliate?

I signed up for Bodog ages ago when RB was still legit and above board (I gather there's some sort of issue with it now--I haven't been following too closely). Haven't played there in ages. What's the easiest way to find out my affiliate? And I take it I should still have my RB deal--they didn't eliminate existing ones or anything, right?
