Need help with 200+20 Satellite Tomorrow

$200+20 - 5 flights of 100 each (top 20 advance to Saturday)
Never played a satellite before and even online turbos aren't this chip starved.

Payouts: 1st: 30k(WSOP ticket) 11th: 1k

I made it through but this structure and blind level is wicked.
Start with new stack on Saturday of $1000
Blinds go up every 20 minutes:
2nd hour starts at 25/50
3rd hour starts at 100/200 + 25
4th hour starts at 400/800 + 100
500/1000 + 100
1000/2000 + 200
2000/4000 +200

With 27 people left today blinds hit the 500/1000 mark and it was a fold fest [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Anyway, onto tomorrow.

If I am sitting exactly where I was today ~5k chips and in top 2 (about top 6 overall) table leaders with blinds 200/400 what should I be calling the shoves with and what should I be open shoving.

Assuming ~30 people left.

Also, the tourney director says WSOP is gonna start at $20,000 in chips. How much time is that going to add to the tourney?
