Preflop: Hero is in SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">CO folds</font>, <font color="red">Button raises to t400</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to t6530 (All-in)

ive been a slight laggy so far but not overly done...villain is pretty tight.

Yea i mean your still adding 10% to your stack versus folding and button is rarely having a monster here.

Indy, I often find my self in these similar situations, while I push anyway I often wonder if the risk vs reward is correct.

just limp in and bet every flop(2/3pot). great risk reward ratio.
(dont do it if BB raises allin too often)

I think the blinds are a little too small compared to your stack to do this.

Another reason that I like this steal less than I normally would is because of the button's min-raise. Had the button normally been raising to 2x the blinds, or to 3x? It may be a minor difference, but the lack of those extra 200 chips might be the difference between me stealing and not stealing in this spot.

That being said, I never hate putting loads of pressure on the second chip stack during the bubble.
