Default $3.25 45-man Stars MTT - 44 question

Hero has 44 in MP with like t7500 and is chipleader at table with like 14 left. Blinds are like t200/400 ante 25 and like 7-handed IIRC....folds to hero who has 44 and raises to t1200 - CO with like t4800 calls, BB shoves in for ~t5500. I was thinking "ok squeeze play maybe" but was scared of CO's flat call and thought I might be way behind here.

I know I should know this but I folded...would have called with 88+; AQs+ here I think is that too tight? thoughts? Thx.
