Failed Blind Steal
SB here is 28.2/12.4/1.72 over 3000+ hands.
BB here is 19.0/13.8/2.24 over 8000+ hands. I find myself in this situation every now and then. How do you guys play this? Stats tell me that SB folds to steal 44/67 times, and BB folds 120/259. Thanks guys! Re: Failed Blind Steal
how foldy does sb seem ... what hands does he come in from sb (does he normally cold call, or is the 3bet standard)
the pot is 8bet ... and that King says he wants to see a raise |

Re: Failed Blind Steal
It really depends on how aggressively the opponent defends his small blind, and to a lesser extent on how aggressively I've been stealing. Usually I'll play it the same way you did, but at times I will cap preflop, and other times I will be showdown bound barring an absolutely hideous board.
