You're not making sense.

I asked what makes you think that people calm down when you tell them to calm down, and you answer with why you think I need to calm down.

I'm fine dude, honestly. Cool as a cucumber. Yeah, you pissed me off by tossing clinical parenting advice at me in a poker forum, but whatever, I'll get over it. Just means I tell you what I think instead of trying to be diplomatic.
