Re: UB 1/2 wow !?!?
flat calling preflop with the third guy in there can't be good, can it?
I play it the same, call on the river wanting a chop, and get shown QQ |

Re: UB 1/2 wow !?!?
4-bet preflop. You have the nuts.
Raise flop. Now you have the nuts + a draw to the nuts. River looks like he has the nuts too. |

Re: UB 1/2 wow !?!?
I shove on the flop and don’t mind whether he calls or not.
The pot is like $83 when it comes to you and the Villian has about $115 left. Any sizeable raise is going to leave you pretty close to committed. By shoving the flop you get plenty of fold equity and ensure you get to see the turn and river with a draw to the nuts + 2 overcards if he does call. |

Raise pre, raise flop, call river.

Re: UB 1/2 wow !?!?
Against an unknown at UB, I'd assume he's nittish - in which case you're praying for a split and getting scooped most the time. I also think AK makes a bigger cbet. His line looks more like a missed turn check raise than real weakness. You're paying $100 to win $50 and I don't think you're splitting > 66% so I fold.
Raise the flop too!! He has little money behind him and you're going to have a tough time getting away from your hand - may as well try to get a little bit of FE. |

Re: UB 1/2 wow !?!?
PF is good IMO.
River, I think I'd fold. What do you beat? The big mistake on this hand is the flop. If there is ever a flop to push, this is it. |

Re: UB 1/2 wow !?!?
I would raise pre just in case the BB is trying to squeeze, you can get out of a bad flop by just avoiding it altogether.
On the flop put the pressure on him - make him decide if he wants to gamble or not. Put him all in. Even if he has QQ, you have huge outs and reasonable outs vs KK River should be an easy fold as I think you played too weak to make this call. |
