ub points not adding correctly?

As a general rule, don't trust the competence of UB support. Trying to interpret UB's policies based on the responses by customer support is not the most accurate way of doing it.

We all know what's happened (contributed points).

If it changes back, we'll all know what's happened (dealt points).

Currently, based on thread consensus, it appears that all tables are going to be contributed points from now on. If anyone playing today or tomorrow sees something different, please let us know.

4. We've actually changed the points to contributed without telling you, to test if we lose significant traffic. If we do lose traffic we'll "correct the bug", if we don't you're f***ed because it's staying (and it was meant to be changed all along).

That has to be the biggest BS response I think I have ever seen. It seems that UB is saying what our players need is to stop taking so much of our money in bonuses. Its a shame because it had kinda become my home since I could actually clear bonuses there at a reasonable rate. Now It looks like it will take 5 times as long with a contributed points system.

I can't believe they would go to contributed rather than stop all together. They essentially just made the points/bonuses 5X harder to accumulate and clear.

I'm leaning towards a glitch in the software.

I was 4 tabling and on 1 table I received no points at all.

And I definitely played a couple of raked hands on it.

So am I....because I still hear about people multitabling and getting contributed on some and dealt on others. If its a glitch I really wish it wouldnt have happened right before points were paid out. Just have to wait and see.
