Anyone ever us this program. A chum of mine bought it and says it is too hard for him. I may purchase it from him.

looks like whatever that is costs over 100 bucks...just go to amazon and get new rules of lifting or t-nation and get muscle revolution and you get tons of non gimmick looking workouts...or just go to t-nation/bb.com and get a bunch of free programs...

i got new rules of lifting about a week ago and did the first break in routine and its pretty sweet, book was like 15 bucks...
