1: Just put him all-in in the first place. Very easy choice, and 100% unexploitable.

As played, call I guess. That is dependant on how he has been playing earlier though.

2: At what frequency has villain been limping, raising and folding on the button earlier? This is crucial.

If you are gonna raise here, I like raising to t9000 and pushing any flop. This is better than pushing, and also better than making a small raise trying to leave room for postflop when you are OOP. Position is extremely important in heads up.

And so is knowing your opponent. This second hand here is very hard to say anything about without information about villain. Heads up is ALL about who you are plying against.

Before Hand #1 he has been pushing ATC and I have been folding crap and folding SB ... about 5-6 hands into heads up when Hand #1 came up.

Hand #2: 4-5 hands from hand #1. I have been Pushing ATC, he has folded SB + BB to my pushes

Easy call in hand 1 then.

So he hasn't been limping at all? That makes me suspicious, and makes me want to check in hand 2.

I hate the min-raise. It depends a lot on previous, my image etc. but I'd generally open push there or at least price myself in.
