The only rule was don't suck and this clearly needed to be clarified for some people. Besides these are suggestions not rules.

Some serious advice: post on BBV/4L a ton for a few months, then step away and don't read it for 3-4 weeks and live a regular life. Then come back. Trust me this line is +EV on so many levels.
