Re: Burning .avi files to play on DVD player
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Sam and cold cash, try splitting up your avi into "chapters" and then burning them to the DVD this way. this *should* stop the audio from coming unsynchronized with the video. [/ QUOTE ] So you mean cut it up and burn it in small pieces, but still all on one disk, right? Also, I don't think it was so much an 'un-synching' of the audio, (although that might have been a problem too), but it was more of a helium voice thing. It sounded like a Chipmunks movie. Was really weird. Can I use Nero to split the file up, or do I need to get some special software? I used to have a free .avi joining program, but I don't know about splitting them apart. [/ QUOTE ] Yea. Oh, never had that problem, but I had the problem where the audio would become "off" from the video. The best free piece of software I've found (haven't looked that hard in the past) is AviSplit Classic Worth a try. |
