I saw this hand as well, but durrr actually time banked and with like 14 seconds left called. Still sick though.

The river check was clearly to induce a bluff from a worse hand. I have no idea why he time banked unless Draco had been really nitting it up over the past 15+ minutes of hu play... or if he was slowrolling his two pair.
