Default Change to Washington state laws.

It looks like they changed the law in in Washington state.
What does it mean though?
Anyone able to understand this?

this article says that it's no longer illegal (for recreational players). is that right? i thought the only thing that was on the table was to reduce it from a felony to a misdemenor.

Correct. If you play from home, it is no longer a violation of state law in Wshington to play online poker (or other forms of online gambling).

Nope, still illegal (bill hasn't passed, reported vote-tally was actually for a different bill).
