Can I transfer money to myself from PokerStars to Fulltilt and back?

Hi,
Sorry for the simple question, but can I transfer money to myself from PokerStars to Fulltilt and vice-versa without an ewallet? If so, how do I do it?

To transfer money from PokerStars to Fulltilt and back without an e-wallet:

METHOD 1
1. Use one of the withdrawl methods at Stars (wire, check, etc.) to get the cash off Stars.
2. Take the cash and use one of the deposit methods at Fulltilt to put the money in your account.
3. Kind of do the opposite to get it back from Stars to Fulltilt.

METHOD 2
1. Find a trusted friend with accounts at both Stars and Fulltilt.
2. Transfer your money from your Fulltilt account to his Fulltilt account, and have him transfer his money from his Stars account to your Stars account.
3. Kind of do the opposite to get it back from Stars to Fulltilt.

You can't transfer money between a PS account and a FT account without using some third-party mechanism to facilitate. There is no direct pipeline between the two poker sites.
