Sounds like you'll choose between 6/12, 8/16, and 20/40.

8/16 is by far the tightest of the three. I believe they usually only run one (maybe two) tables of this game.

Weekday wait for 20/40 usally isn't bad. Friday and Saturday you'd better get there before 5pm or after midnight. Any time in between is pointless. Actaully, that goes for any game in the house. I suggest showing up around 5 on Fri and Sat.
